There’s just something about cel shaded art that works for me; its kinda like the video game equivalent of how comic books look, and if you’re going for an action pose, well, there’s no better inspo than comic books, either.

I’m working on concepts of the card art for battle moves while multitasking, so I don’t have a whole lot of story for this other than “wow that picture is really close” and “that’s great except for the derpy eyes.. wait, I can fix that!” I did ask the AI to make this as comic book as it could while still allowing it some freedom, then took away its freedom as it kept forgetting the whole comic book thing. So we’re looking at a high CFG (14.5), but I guess in order to get a look, needs must.

(Also, shameless shout out: Kevin at The Beginning At Last does AI art so very well, and if you like this stuff, you’d definitely like his. Also, gorillas doing trendy things.)

Without further ado, picture spam:

Positive prompt: a priestess woman defending herself with a holy staff held out in front of her, fending off attacks, looking defiant, in a cartoonish style, cropped blonde hair, modestly dressed, long white gown covering legs, red cape, religious garment, comic book art, drawn lines, ink and pencil, cel shaded, restore face
Negative prompt: blurry face, realistic, ugly, deformed, weird face, ((exposed legs)), naked thighs, exposed breasts, bad anatomy, bad hands, blurry eyes

I might make this a thing once a week, just to show off some art while doing something else. Or curate a week’s worth of output into the best of the bunch.
